Had a shitty night's sleep last night, a combination of China Mieville's Embassytown mixing with my 'walking round London streets' dream state which seems to have become a default recently and the dog in one of the block of flats on the other side of the road who's owner seems to think it's fine to allow out on to the balcony of the flat at midnight despite the fact that he will then bark at any movement he can see. Earplugs are normally my friend in situations like this but not when I need to wake up early the next morning.

So, Folkestone today. Weather reports suggest that it should be mostly dry, which is good because umbrellas are pretty much useless down on the coast. Will be interested to see what the 'you're all in this together' budget cuts will have had on the Triennial.
