As I came out of the tube station there was a fight between two youngish males kicking off to one side.

They were separated.

One of them started walking down the road.

I crossed over the road and entered the park. As I did I was followed by the other participant. As I walked through the park he was met by his friends in an excited hubbub. As I reached the exit at the other side of the park one of his friends came through in front of me on his bike.

As I started to walk up the road I saw the boy had stopped outside a house about halfway along the street.

As I passed the house the boy re-emerged with what looked like two cricket stumps and walked back towards the park.

I really hope that tempers will be cooled by the sound of tennis ball on cheap wooden knock-off or else it's Edward the 2nd time for someone, albeit without the 'burning' part of the whole thing.

Oh, I don't think there was any danger of me getting involved and at no point did I feel in danger, it just made a change from the usual pattern of kids playing football as I make my way home.
