I still haven't booked for Bicon 2004 yet. I really should do it some time today, though I can afford the non-discount price it does seem daft to pay the extra when there's no real need to. And at least the fact that you seem to pay the same for things like accomodation regardless of how long you are there does deal with some of the uncertainties of how much of it I'm actually going to be there for.
