Dear BBC,

Please stop trying to impress me with your big election bus. Yes, it's a bus. Yes, it's big. Yes, I'm perfectly happy to accept that Andrew Marr, Peter Snow and Jeremy Paxman have enormous penises and are great in the sack, but for goodness sake put it away before Newsnight turns into Top Gear.

In other news, I'm watching highlights of a new PEB which has Blair and Brown in soft focus, shot to appear they are both in the same wood-lined study. Gods, all it needs is...

Brown: "Oh, hang on, you've got an eyelash in your-"
His hand pauses and gently moves down to caress Tony's cheek.
Blair: "But, what about Prudence?"
Brown: "What about her? Oh Tony..."

And if Labour weren't so determined to pursue exactly the same track as the Tories on 'Illegal immigration' they could make so much hay out of the fact that Howard wants to evict his father from the country.
