Oct. 30th, 2008 06:41 amI'm not sad that David Tennant has announced he's leaving Who, it's hardly unexpected and he's given us (or will have given us) four years of excellent performances. But, as with the American Presidential Election we have a clear choice ahead of us, although in this case we don't get even the pretence of a vote. Russell T. McCain would prefer to lumber us with Sarah Tovey as Number 11 once he leaves this plane, someone who had the misfortune of being underwhelming in the middle of a bad RTD script sure and who might be a good actor once they've actually gone through puberty, but internet rumours have given us another option, and I'm not talking about James bloody Nesbitt. In 2010, choose hope.
