Homophobes is a really crap thing to shout at someone, outside of some kind of academic-style debate or vaguely sensible discussion with in-bred in-laws. But grinding my teeth while shelving books and listening to about half a dozen Asian youths sitting in the library and making derogatory remarks about people they'd seen or knew that didn't really signal so much their hatred of gay men but their overwhelming panic and fear of having their cocks touched by another man and liking it, we need something better than homophobe to describe these morons, some set of syllables that we could rattle off and they would know, it's not about their hatred, it's about their panic...

I seem to recall talking about this a while back and being told to post the recipe so it could be vegetarianised and then not doing it.

Sounds to me that, as this meal already contains many vegetables and things that don't scream as they die, that replacing the meat with veg would just end up with, a big pot o' veg. Quorn mince perhaps? And what do you replace the beefy beef stock with?
