I've been playing with ViaVoice10 which I bought today. The headphone/microphone combo was giving me gyp but if I take it off my head and hold the microphone to my mouth it seems to like that a lot more. It can also read what you've dictated, so I've been reading song lyrics into it then getting the Stephen Hawking voice to read them back to me. I'm easily pleased, but then I just watched the Doctor Who Fear Her episode on the off-chance that I was making a big mistake by remembering it as runny piss of the highest order (turned out I wasn't, appalling on all levels, including the acting of David Tennant and Billie Piper), so needed to be cheered up.
