I'm trying to adapt a recipe to make it palatable to vegetarians, I'm presuming I can swap the beef mince for quorn mince, and wondering if there's vegetable stock I can swap for the beef stock. Does anyone know what this would taste like? What does quorn taste like compared to, say beef? What does vegetable stock taste like, if it turns out to exist?
